Withdrawal from the Contract

1. Consumer right of withdrawal

1.1. If you are a consumer and concluded a distance contract, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

1.2. The withdrawal period is met if you send the withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

1.3. The right of withdrawal belongs only to consumers. It does not automatically apply to entrepreneurs purchasing within the scope of their business activity.

2. How to withdraw from the contract

2.1. Inform us of your withdrawal by a clear statement, for example by e-mail to support@kyuzet.com.

2.2. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

2.3. After receiving the withdrawal, we will confirm receipt and inform you about the return procedure.

3. Returning the goods

3.1. You must send back or hand over the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

3.3. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3.4. We recommend returning the device complete, clean, safely packed and, if possible, in the original packaging including accessories.

4. Refund

4.1. After withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you in connection with the contract, including standard original delivery costs.

4.2. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method, we will refund only the amount corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery method.

4.3. We will refund the payment no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your withdrawal notice.

4.4. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you prove that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

4.5. We will refund the payment using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any refund fees.

5. Reduction in value of the goods

5.1. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality.

5.2. You may reasonably inspect and test the QZ device. However, if the device is damaged by installation, reverse polarity, mechanical damage, is incomplete or excessively worn, we may reasonably reduce the refunded amount.

6. Digital service QZ Foresight

6.1. If you expressly requested the start of provision of the QZ Foresight digital service before the withdrawal period expires, we may require payment of a proportionate part of the price for the performance provided until the moment of withdrawal, if permitted by applicable law.

6.2. If the service was included in the device price as the first service period, a reasonable settlement will be assessed according to the specific offer and the scope of performance already provided.
